Project Mission

L’Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli (IOR) ha attivato il Servizio di Teleconsulto per ridurre al minimo i disagi del viaggio e i relativi costi sostenuti dai pazienti, che vivendo lontano dall’Emilia Romagna, desiderano essere visitati da uno degli specialisti dello IOR.
Tale servizio è basato su una rete di tele-ambulatori dislocati presso strutture sanitarie convenzionate in alcune regioni d’Italia.

Vengono erogate diverse tipologie di visite:
- visite di controllo post-ambulatoriali e post-chirurgiche per pazienti IOR
- visite di second opinion per nuovi pazienti
- visite anestesiologiche pre-ricovero
- visite fisioterapiche

Le sedi remote attive (POD) si trovano a: Palermo, Lecce, Cosenza, e Portici (NA).
